<br /> Petitioner, app�aring in persan and shows the Court as fallowsi
<br /> That a Petition was filed in this Court vn the _ �
<br /> day of November, 1961, which, among other things, prayed for
<br /> a time and place for hearing to be held upon the determi-
<br /> nation of an inherita�ce tax. Th� Petition further state$
<br /> that the deceased, Aloisie 3krivan, held in �oint title with �
<br /> Vincent Skrivan, her husband, with rights of survinor-
<br /> ship, the following described property situated in Hall
<br /> County, N�braska, to-wit:
<br /> Lot One (1) , in Block One (1), in Packer and
<br /> �arrts Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska.
<br /> Valuation . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .�I��00.00
<br /> That the said Aloisie Skrivan, died on the 22nd day of
<br /> September, 1956, at Grand Island, Nebraska; that Vincent
<br /> Skrivaz�, her husband, died on the 7th day of January, i961,
<br /> an� had not remarried. That Aloisie Skrivan and Vincent
<br /> Skrivan were the owners of the above-described parcel of
<br /> real estate with the right of survivorship.
<br /> The Court further finds that the County Attorney of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, has filed his voluntary appearance
<br /> on hshalf of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska.
<br /> The Court further finds that Aloi��'r:�Skrivan, acquired
<br /> her interest in the above-described property for less than
<br /> an adequate and f�zll consideration in money or property.
<br /> IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AAiD DEGREE� BY THE
<br /> COZJRT tha� Aloisie Skrivan and '9f`����n:� �krivan, her husband,
<br /> were the owners of the following described property with
<br /> rights of survivorship:
<br /> Lot One (1), in Block One (1), in Packer and Barr's
<br /> Addition to the City of Gran� I;�land, Ha11 County, Ne-
<br /> braska.

<br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, tiDJUDGED, AN�J DECREED BY THE COURT
<br /> that from the evidence and the valuation of the property
<br /> described in th� Petition, there is no inheritance tax due "

<br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE
<br /> COURT that there is no inheritance tax due and that any po-
