<br /> ,The Court finds that Albert H. W. Leuthaueser died
<br /> testate on the 31st day of March, 1961; that his Last Will and
<br /> Testament has heretofore been admitted to probate in this court,
<br /> which probate has aot been set aside nor appealed from and is
<br /> in full force and effect. The Court further finds that the
<br /> testator was at the time of his death a citizen and resident of
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, and that this court had jurisdiction.
<br /> The Couxt further finds he was the owner of the following de-
<br /> scribed real estate at the time of his death, which passed
<br /> under his Last Will and Testament, to-wit:
<br /> westerly one-half (W�) of Lot Seven (7) in Block Seventy-
<br /> four (74) in the Original To�,m now City of Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska; and
<br /> Southeast Quarter (3E�� of Section Ten (10} , Township
<br /> Thirteen (13) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th
<br /> P.M. , Howard Countv, Nebraska.
<br /> IT IS THEREFORB ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE
<br /> COURT that the said aforedescribed real estate be and the same
<br /> is hereby set of€ unto Helen Meyer, Esther Thede, Martin Leuthaueser,
<br /> Emma 3orgenfrei, Martha .Meyer, Ruth Peters, and Walter Leuthaueser,
