Hagge, of Route 2, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br /> do hereby ma.ke, publish and declare this, my last will and testament, <br /> and I hereby revoke all wills and testaments by me heretofore made , <br /> tha t i s to say: <br /> Item 1. I direct that my just debts, including the expenses of my <br /> last illness and burial with a marker for my grave, be first paid. I <br /> desire a modest funeral. <br /> Iter� 2. I give and bequeath to the Hall County Historical Society, <br /> Incorporated, the sum of One Thousand ($1,U00.00) .Dollars and I <br /> direct my executrix to pay the same within one year after my death. <br /> Itern 3. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate and prop- <br /> erty, both real and personal, now owned or hereafter acquired by rne <br /> and wherever situated, I �;ive, devise and bequeath to my sister, <br /> Clara Hagge of Route 2, Grand Island, Nebraska, to be hers absolutely. <br /> I nominate and appoint my sister, Clara Hagge, executrix of this <br /> will and provide that she shall not be required go give bonc� or surety <br /> as such executrix. And I authorize and empower my executrix to sell <br /> an,d canvey all or any part of my real or personal estate, at such <br /> prices and on such terms as she may deem best and I authorize her to <br /> execute, acknowledge and deliver such deeds or conveyances as may be <br /> necessary to pass title thereto, without obtainin.g any order or license <br /> from any court or judge and the purchaser shall not be required to see <br /> to the application of the purchase money. <br /> In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand in duplicate to this <br /> my last will and testament this 25th day of April, 1957. <br /> Fred J Han�e <br /> The above and foregoing instrument, bearing the signature of the <br /> testator, Fred J.
