<br /> I, VINCENT SKRIVAN, of the City of Grand Island, Hall Countp,
<br /> Nebraska, do- maxe, publish, and declare this instrument as and
<br /> for my Last Will and Testament.
<br /> 1.
<br /> I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all of my
<br /> just debts, including the expenses of my last sickness and burial,
<br /> as soon as canvenient after my death.
<br /> 2.
<br /> I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to dispose of all
<br /> of my property and I authorize him to sign all deeds and papers
<br /> necessary for the sale of the property and from the proceeds, it
<br /> is my Will that a11 the money left after the payment of the expenses
<br /> for my funeral� and last iilness and the sale of the property, shall
<br /> be divided among my children, Frank Skrivan, A],ice Hickle, Hilda
<br /> Kidwell, Clara Kennicutt, and Victoria Garrison, equally, share
<br /> and share alike.
<br /> 3•
<br /> I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Frank Skrivan,
<br /> as Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking
<br /> any and all former Wills by me at any time made.
