of �300.00 be given, devised and bequeathed to our beloved son, <br /> Thomas M. Dowd, for Masses for the repose of our souls, and that <br /> the balance of the sum of $500.00, namely, $200.00, is given, devised <br /> and bequeathed to The Right Reverend Monsignor Leo F. Keating, or <br /> to his successor in office, for the purposes herein expressed. <br /> (2) . At the time of the ordination of our beloved son, <br /> Thomas M. Dawd, to the priesthoad, we order and direct that our <br /> Executors pay over to hi.m or caused to be paid to him the sum <br /> of $2000.00 to purchase an automobile of his choice for his own <br /> use and pleasure. <br /> (3) . All the rest, residue and remainder of the estate which <br /> the survivor of us may own, both real and personal, we, for ourselves, <br /> and as the survivor of each of us, give, devise and bequeath to <br /> our beloved children, namely, Francis T. Dowd, Eileen Ganser, <br /> Thomas M. Dowd, and Richard Dowd, to be theirs in equal shares <br /> absolutely and forever. <br /> LASTLY, we, for ourselves, and on behalf of the survivor of <br /> us, make, constit�e and appoint our beloved children, Francis T. <br /> Dowd and Eileen Ganser, to be Executors of this, our Last Wi11 and <br /> Testament, it being understood that this said Last Will and Testa- <br /> ment is the Last Will and Testament of the one who may survive the <br /> other; that we do solemnly promise each to the other that neither <br /> of us wi11 revoke or change this said Last Will and Testament or <br /> make any disposition of our property in any other manner whatsoever; <br /> that any disposition of our property in violation of this provision <br /> shall be void; that no changes of anyikind shall be made by the <br /> survivor affecting the disposition of our property under this said <br /> Last Wi11 and Testament; and that we, for oursevles and on behalf <br /> of the survivor of us, do herel�y revoke all former wills by us <br /> made. <br /> (.�� <br />
