<br /> CODICIL TO LAST WILL -AND TESTAMENT

<br /> I, Bert Still, formeriy of Alda, and now of Grand Island,
<br /> Hall County, Ne�raska, do herewith make, publish and declare this
<br /> to be a Codicil to my Last Will and Testament, which bears date of
<br /> February 2$, 1959, in manner and form as followst
<br /> FIRST
<br /> I herewith provide that the following shall be substituted
<br /> for the FOURTH Paragraph of my said Last Will and Testament and
<br /> that said FOURTH Para�raph shall read as .follows:
<br /> FOURTH
<br /> T direct that my Executor shall pay to my nephew, Francis Gr.
<br /> I'�2. Still, of North Platte, Nebraska, the sum of One Thousand & PJo�100
<br /> Dollars (w1,000.00) before he makes distribution of the residue of
<br /> m,y estate to my sister as provided in the THIRD Paragraph of my Will
<br /> but I make no provisions for any other nieces or nephews including
<br /> any of the children or heirs of my deceased sisters, Mildred Hutts,
<br /> formerlv of Gifford, Washington, or Meta Cole, formerly of En�.d,
<br /> Oklahoma, or of my br�others, John H. Still, formerly of this County,
<br /> or D. L. Still, formerly of Turon, Kansas.
<br /> In all other respects I reaffirm and confirm the prov�sions
<br /> of my Last Z���ill and Testament of February 2$, 1959.
<br /> I?�t :^JITI�'�SS V�IHEREOr, I have hereunto set my hand and executed
<br /> the fore,going as a Codicil to my Last Will and Testament in tne
<br /> ��resence of the tivitnesses whose signatures are r�ereunto attached
<br /> after having informed them that this instrument is a Codicil to my
<br /> Last i��:i11 and Testament of February 2�, 195°, and that I have
<br /> executed this instrument in their presence this 6th day of July,
<br /> 1�F0.
