<br /> I direct that my Executor hereinafter named shall pay all
<br /> of my just debts, funeral expenses, expenses of last �illnes:s,
<br /> any estate, succession and inheritance taxes and expenses i.icidental
<br /> to tne administration of my es�ate as soon after my death a:� can
<br /> conveniently be done.
<br /> SECOND
<br /> I ,�ive and bequeath to V��. L. Kelly, of Alda, Nebrask��, if
<br /> he survives me, the sum of �p250.00 in appreciation o� tl-�e manv
<br /> kindnesses he has shown me. This shall be in addition ta any
<br /> mone�r I may have paid to him from time to time for services and
<br /> expenses he has incurred in my behalf in looking after my aj'fairs,
