<br /> I, Minnie C. Bergholz of Grand Island, Nebraska ,
<br /> being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make,
<br /> publish and declare this Codicil to my Last Will and Testa-
<br /> ment, to-wit:
<br /> I will inherit some property from William Bergholz,
<br /> my hrother-in-law and I give, devise and bequeath all property
<br /> which I may inherit from him, whether real, personal or mixed
<br /> to my son, Richard Vd. Bergholz, he to have the same absolutely.
<br /> I desire that my Last Vdill and Testament shall re-
<br /> main in full furce and effect as to all other provisions,
