<br /> outstanding obligations of any nature, such obligations shall be first
<br /> paid from my estate and shall be charged equally against the devises
<br /> herein, except the devises to my beloved grandson, Myron Louis Brandt,
<br /> it being my intention that one-half of such indebtedne�s shall be
<br /> paid by Alice Rasmussen and one-half by William Brandt from the devises
<br /> herein given to them.

<br /> � Sixth, I name, nominate, and appoint my beloved daughter,
<br /> Alice Rasmussen, as Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.

<br /> Seventh, in the event I have any personalty on hand, at'ter
<br /> the payment of my aforesaid expenses and except the personalty given to
<br /> my beloved daughter aforesaid, following my death, I dix�e.c:� such
<br /> personalty be first applied to the charge in fa�or of my grandson, Myron
<br /> Louis Brandt, aforesaid, so that his charges will be reduced in equal
<br /> portions on the devise to my belove:d son, William Brandt and the devise
