<br /> in� memory, do hereby make, publish and de`clare this to be my Last
<br /> Will and Testament, in rnanner and form following, hereby revoking

<br /> Reinecke, W. Jess Reinecke, and Frances E. Mum.ford, under the
<br /> following terms and conditions: That all of the income from both
<br /> my real and personal property shall be used for the care and keep
<br /> of my son Theodore Donald Reinecke for and during his natural
<br /> lifetime and if necessary, for his maintenance , to sell any of
<br /> the personal assets or real estate said executor, hereinafter
<br /> named, ; sha11 have the power and authority is hereby given him to
<br /> do so without leave of Court or any orders whatsoever if written
<br /> consent thereto be given by a majority of the remaining heirs
<br /> excluding my said son, Theodore Donald Reinecke; then as above
<br /> set out, upon the death of my said son, Theodore Donald Reinecke,
<br /> said property shall be equally divided, share and share alike ,
<br /> arnonb the remaining heirs above set out or any child or children of
<br /> an,T deceased heir.

<br /> I hereby nominate and appoint my son W. Jess Feinecke executor
<br /> o�' this my Last VJill and Tsstament and Request that he be alloUred
