<br /> The Court further finds that the tct�.l valu.ation of the
<br /> prop�rty amounts to Twrenty S�ven Thousan� Dollar� (�27,000.00j .
<br /> The Caurt further fin�s that the contributians of
<br /> Gladys ��'t. P�ZcKnight to the deceased, Verna E. Scot,t, her
<br /> r�other, amounted to Twelve Thousand 5even Hundred. Forty Ei�ht
<br /> & 50f1�0 (:�i2,74$.50) ; that the property deeded t.o the husband,
<br /> Andrev� Scott9 amaunted to Five Thousand Dollars (�5,00�.00) ;
<br /> making a tatal of Seventeen Thousand Seven Hundre�d Forty Eight
<br /> & 50/100 (�17,74�•5n); that Gladys M. McKnight, t�eing the
<br /> daughter and Co-owner of the property with rights, of survivor-
