LAST WILL AND TEST�MENT :

<br /> I, Andrew P. Johnson, of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, do
<br /> herewith make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
<br /> Testament in manner and form as follows: .
<br /> FIRST
<br /> I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all of my
<br /> just debts, exp�nses of last illness, funeral expenses and any '
<br /> expenses incidental to t he administration of my estate, including
<br /> inheritance, estate and succession taxes out of personal property
<br /> ovined by me at the time of my death and not specifically devised,
<br /> or i� this be not sufficient, then out of other personal property
<br /> and if t��at be insufficient, then out of the residue of my estate.
<br /> SECOND
<br /> If my wife, T��abel Johnson, survives me, I give, devise and
<br /> bequeath to her the household goods, furniture and furnishings and
<br /> all livestock, farm machin.ery, automobiles, harvested crops and
<br /> any growing crops on the real estate herein specifically devised
<br /> to her and in addition thereto, I give, devise and bequeath to
<br /> her the following described real estate;
<br /> One Hundred Seventeen Acres and beino all of the real
<br /> estate owned b me in the South Half of the Southwes�
<br /> Quarter ( S2S4��.� and the Southwest Quarter of the South-
<br /> east Quarter SW�.SE�.� of Section Thirty-one (31} , and also
<br /> the Tdorth Half of the �Southeast Quarter (N'2SE�.) , in
<br /> Section Thirty-one (31} both in Township 'Twelve (12) ,
<br /> North, Range Eleven (11� , VJest of the 6th P.M. and the
<br /> Northwest Quarter (NW�,) of Section Fifteen (15) , in Township
<br /> Eleven (11) ,,North, Range Twelve,�(12) , U7est of the 6th P.M.,
<br /> Hall Gounty, Nebraska, and the �outh Half of the North
