<br /> I, ELSIE M. BECKER, of the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, do make, publish, and declare this as and for
<br /> my Last Will and Testament.
<br /> I.
<br /> I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay all of my
<br /> just debts as soon as the same can conven3ently be done after my
<br /> d�cease.
<br /> II.
<br /> I hereby give, devise, and bequeathiunto my son, Clarence
<br /> Becker, all of my real estate to have and ' to hold the same ab-
<br /> solutely and forever, charged, howev'er, with the payment to
<br /> m,y daughter, Mrs. Roy Knuth by my son, Cla�ence Becker, o�' the
<br /> sum of Seven Hundred Dollar.s (�700.00) payable in fu11 within
<br /> One year from the date of my death. This charge to be a lien against
<br /> the above real estate until paid in fizll, and with the payment
<br /> to my daughter, Mrs. Emerson Scheread by my son, Clarence Becker,
<br /> of the sum of Seven Hundred Dollars (�700.00) payable in full
<br /> within One year from the date of my death, !This charge ta be a
<br /> lien against the above real estate until paid in ful1.

<br /> All the rest, residue and remainderlof my estate, real
<br /> personal and mixed, wheresoever situate of ;which I ma� die
<br /> seized or possessed or to which I may be entitled at the time
<br /> of my decease, I give, devise, and bequeath to my children,
<br /> Clarence Beeker, Mrs. Roy Knuth, and Mrs. Emerson Scheread,
