DOAN, DECEASED ) — — — — — — — — — � — — <br /> Now, on this 17th day oF February, 1960, this cause coming <br /> on to be heard on the petition for a final settlement of said estate, <br /> and on the f inal administration account, and �he evidence was sub- <br /> mitted to the Gourt, on conaideration whereof the Court finds: <br /> That notice of the hearin� has been duly given as required <br /> by the order of this Court. <br /> That pursuant to the application of said Administratrix and <br /> the order of this Court, the 15th day of February, 1960 at 9_;00 A.M. , <br /> in this Court was set as the time and place f or a determination �f <br /> the inheritance tax liability of said estate. That notice of said <br /> hearing was duly given to the County Attorney of Douglas County, <br /> Nebraska and the County Attorney of Hal]_ County, Nebraska and �hat <br /> no showing has been made by them that s�3.d estate is sub�ject to the <br /> payment of any inheritance tax under the laws of the State of Nebraska. <br /> That af�er a hearing held upon said date,the Covrt finds that said <br /> estate, includ_i_ng jointly owned real property, valued at $�0,000.00 <br /> is no� subject to the payment of any inheritance tax under the laws <br /> of the State of Neb .raska. <br /> That the said account is in all respects true and correct. <br /> That since filing her f inal report, the Administratrix has paid <br /> to Sam J.
