�_. <br /> Westerly Two-Thirds (W2/3) of Lot Four (4) • <br /> Block Sixty-three (63) Origina.l Town, now � <br /> City of Grand Island, Hall Countys Nebraska <br /> which real property the deceased during his lifetime conductedhis bakery business <br /> which bakery business among other things included a coxnplete set of bakery equipment. <br /> That the above described real property along with the bakery equipxnent and one 1951 <br /> 4-door Buick Motor car constituted the residuary estate of the deceased, which resi- <br /> duary estate the deceased did give devise and bequeath to Margaret Eusden. <br /> VI. <br /> The Court further finds that all gifts and bequests have been paid in full. <br /> x <br /> It is therefore ordered, adjudged, and decreed by the Court as follows: <br /> That the date for filing claixns has fully expired and that if there be any claizns <br /> outstanding and not filed the same are barred by operation of law. <br /> That a full and complete accounting of all assets of the estate has been znade by <br /> the Executor; that all claixns have been paid including Nebraska State Inheritance Tax and <br /> Federal Estate Inheritance Tax; that all gifts and bequests have been paid in full. <br /> That the persons naxned in paragraph III above are the sole and only heirs at <br /> law of the deceased, Walter J.
