The loy- <br /> alty, services and support of A�nes and Margaret Eusden, and particularly <br /> Margaret Eusden, have in my opinion made it possible for me to accomplish <br /> whatever success I have been able to achieve. <br /> VII <br /> I request the Court to appoint m� brother-in-law, William Kort, executor <br /> of this my Last Will and Testament. I direct that my executor pay the cash <br /> bequests set out, out of any personal property of which I may die possessed, <br /> and in the event such personal property is insufficient to pay sucr bequests, <br /> that '"Iargaret Eusden mag make up the diP£erence and retain my bakery buildin� <br /> and the equipment t�erein; that the Ernest Bakery shall be operated as a bus- <br /> iness and that such Bakery shall continue to operate for a period of thir- <br /> ty {30) days after my death to permit :�Iargaret Eusden to determine whether <br /> she desires to contribute sufficiert sums to �ake up a ny discrepancy be- <br /> tween the value of my personal property ard the hequests above set out, in <br /> +, the event triere be such dis.erepancy.
