<br /> LAST WILL �i�D TES2AMENT
<br /> OF
<br /> W. SCOTT JQNES
<br /> I, W. Scott Jones, of Doniphan, Nebraska, do herewith make,
<br /> publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament in
<br /> manner and form as follows:
<br /> FIRST
<br /> I direct my Executrix, or Executor, as the case may be, herein-
<br /> after named, to pay all of my just debts, expenses of last illness '
<br /> and funeral exper�ses as soon after my death as can conveniently be
<br /> done.
<br /> SECOND.
<br /> I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue and rem�inder'
<br /> of my estate, both real estate and personal property whether now owned
<br /> by me or hereafter acquired and wheresoever situated, to my wife,
<br /> �pha H. Jones, to have and to hold the same forever.
<br /> THIRD
<br /> In the event my wife, Alpha H. Jones, should precede me in d a�th
<br /> then I give, devise and bequeath all of my said estate so remaining
<br /> to my son, Gerald Scott and my daughter, Virginia Jacoby, share and
<br /> share alike, to have and to hold the same forever; provided further
<br /> that if either of my children be not living at that time but leaves
<br /> either issue or legally adopted children surviving, the share that
<br /> he or she would have received if living, shall not lapse, but shall
<br /> pass and descend to such issue and legally adopted children, if any,
<br /> in equal shar.es by right of representation.
<br /> FOURTH
<br /> I name, nominate and appoint my wife, Alpha H. Jones, to be
<br /> the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament, but if for any
<br /> reason she does not qualif'y then I request the appaintment of my son, ;
<br /> Gerald Scott, as such Executor, further requesting neither be re-
<br /> quired to furnish surety on their offical bond as such.
<br /> FIFTH
<br /> I hereby revoke any and all former �r,�ills by me made.
<br /> IN V�.ITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto affixed my signature and
<br /> exzcuted the foregoing as my Last Will and Testament in Grand Island,
<br /> Nebraska, this 16th day of January, 1957•

<br /> �^1. Scott Jones, the testator, subscribed his name to the foregoing

<br /> to be his Last Vdill and Testament, and we, at his request and in his
<br /> presence and in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscrit�ed
