<br /> Court finds as Pollows:
<br /> That Jo�chim Stoltenberg, a resident of Howard County,Nebraska, died
<br /> a widower in said Haward County, Nebra.-ka, on December 12, 1$98, leaving
<br /> as his sole and only heirs at law:
<br /> Jochim W. Sto�tenberg, als� kna�n as John W. Sto2tenberg, a son,
<br /> then aged 27 years,
<br /> Fred Stoltenberg, a son, then aged 35, ?nd
<br /> Agnes Birkholz, e� daught�r, then aged 32 years,
<br /> That at the time of his death, Joahim Stoltenberg, �+aa svised and
<br /> possessed of the folloWing described: real property:
<br /> Lots 9 an� 10 in Section 27, Townsh�.p 13 North, Range 12 West of the
<br /> 6th P.M. , in Howard County, Nebraska,
<br /> Lots 1,2,3, and LF, the Southeast quarter of the northeast quarter,
<br /> the southwest quarter of the So�theast @uarter, the northweat quarter,
<br /> of the southeast quarter, the north half of the southwest Quarter,
<br /> and the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter, all in Section
<br /> 35, Township 13, North oP Range 12, West of the 6t�.. P.I¢., Howard
