<br /> I direct` �Ghat my executors, hereinafter named, shall pay all of

<br /> estate as soon as can conveniently be done.

<br /> I' give, devise and bequeath to my son, William E. Dubbs, all of
<br /> my ane-third undivided interest in and to the South Half of the
<br /> Northwest �uarter (S2NW4) and the Northwest �uarter of the Southwest
<br /> � Quarter (NW'�SW;) of Section Thirty-three (33) , Township Eleven (11) ,
<br /> North, Range Twelve (12) , West of the 6t� P.M. , Hall County, Nebraska.

<br /> I give, devise and bequeath to my son, Walter W. Dubbs, all
<br /> ' of my one-third undivided interest in and to the Northeast �uarter
<br /> (NE�) of Section Thirty (30j , Township Eleven (11) , North, Range
<br /> T�relve (12) , West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> FOURTH
<br /> I give, devi�e and bequeath to my sons, William E. Dubbs and
<br /> Walter W. Dubbs, all of my in�:erest and title in and to the house
<br /> and lot situated in Wood River, Nebraska, more particularly described
<br /> as Lot Nine (9) , in Block Four (4) , First Addition to Wood River,
<br /> Wood River, I-�1.1 Gounty, Nebraska.

<br /> Except for the specific bequests hereinafter provided for my
<br /> son, Walter W. Dubbs,. I give, devise and bequeath to my son, ti9illiarn
<br /> E. Dubbs, all of my furniture and steel cabinets, all of my bedding,
<br /> blankets, quilts, comforters, pillows and white and black feather
<br /> bed, a11 of my jewelry, except the black brooch pin, all of my
<br /> cooking utensils and linens and all of the throw rugs.
<br /> SIXTH
<br /> I give, devise and bequeath to my son, Walter W. Dubbs, the
<br /> white and blud quilt called_".-Dragon«, one flower garden quilt, one
<br /> star-pieced comforter set together with biack, one-�aeced worsted
<br /> crazy quilt, the pink and white feather bed, one l.�r� table cloth,
<br /> one cr.ocheted white small table cloth, the �ront room rug and my
<br /> ' black brooch' pin.
<br /> SEVENTH
<br /> All._of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both rea 1
<br /> estate and personal property, w2iether--�ow owned by me or hereafter
<br /> acquired,- I gi�e, de�rise and bequeath to my sons, William E. Dubbs,
<br /> and Walter W. Dub�s, sh�re a'nd share alike, to have and to hold the
<br /> same. forever.
