Ott, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, do hereb�r make, publish and declare this, my last will and testament and I hereby revoke and annul all former wills, testaments and codicil� heretofore made by me, that is to say� ITEM ONE: I direct that my just debts, the expenses of-my last illness and burial, including a head stone for my grave, be first paid. ITEM TWO: All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, both real and personal, now ownad or hereaf ter acquired by me and wherever situated, I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Della E, Ott� should she survive me, and should iny wife die before me or should both of us die at or about the same time in a commor� aceident or disaster or should both of us die simultaneously, then in that e vent, I give deive and bequeath all of my said property to our three child- ren, Fred Otto, Lydia D. Ott and Iren e Ott, and to the descendant or descendants of any of our three children that may not be living at the time, but should any of our said three children have died leav- ing no descendant or descendants him or her surviving at the time, my said property shall go to and be divided among my surviving children or surviving child as the case may be and the descendant or descendants of any deceased child- the descendant or descendants herein referred to shall stand in the place of the p�rent and take the share the parent would have taken hereunder if living at the tirr�se of my death or at the time of the death of both me and m9 wife should both of us die simulte�neously or in a common accident or disaster.
