<br /> LAST WILL AND TESTA�'�IENT
<br /> OF
<br /> WILLIAM A. BOUTON
<br /> I, William A. Bouton, of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> do herewith make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
<br /> Testament in manner and form as follows:
<br /> FIRST
<br /> I direct my Executor, hereinafter named, to pay all of my just
<br /> debts, expenses of last illness, funeral expenses and any
<br /> expenses incidental to the administration of my estate as soon
<br /> after my death as can conveniently be done,
<br /> SECOND
<br /> I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Minnie Bouton, all
<br /> personal property owned by me at the time of my death. In addition
<br /> thereto I give to her a life estate in all real estate owned by me,
<br /> she to have the use, rent and income therefrom and to pay taxes,
<br /> insurance and reasonable upkeep on improvements.
<br /> THIRD
<br /> Subject to the life estate herein before devised to my wife,
<br /> Minnie Bouton, I give, devise and bequeath the South Half of the
<br /> Southeast Quarter �S2SE4) of Section Fifteen (15� 1 0 ���� T����( ��a�
<br /> North, Range Eleven (11) , West of the 6th P.M.,� $ �y�on, Sharme�
<br /> A. Skaats, and to his heirs at law, �o have and to hold the same
<br /> forever. In the event my wife, Minr,ie Bouton, precedes me in death,
<br /> then I also give to him all personal property, owned by me at the
<br /> time of my death, and remaining after payment of the items set forth
<br /> in the first paragraph hereof.
<br /> FOURTH
<br /> Subject to the li.fe estate herein before devised to my wife,
<br /> Minnie Bouton, I give, devise and bequeath the Northeast �uarter
<br /> (NE�) of Section Thirteen (13) , Township Sixteen (16) , Range One (1} ,
<br /> Butler County, Nebraska, to my grandson, Charles D. Skaats, an
<br /> undivided one-half interest and to Thomas Kenny of Vdood River, Nebraska,
<br /> an undivided one-half interest. In the event the said Thomas Kenny
<br /> precedes me in death then the provisions made for him in this Will
<br /> shall lapse and all of said real estate hereinabove describedlocated
<br /> in Butler Gounty, Nebraska, shall pass and descend to the said
<br /> Gharles D. Skaats. In the event the said Charles D, Skaats should
<br /> precede me in death leaving issue surviving him, the share he would
<br /> have received if living shall not lapse but shall pass and descend
<br /> to such issue by rightcf r�resentation.
<br /> FIFTH
<br /> In the event I have any interest in any other real estate at the
<br /> time of my death, not herein specifically disposed of, I give,
<br /> devise and bequeath such interest therein to Sharmen A. Skaats,
