<br /> being of' legal age and of sound mind and disposing memory, do here-
<br /> with make, publish and declare this to be my Last GFill and Testament,
<br /> in manner and form as follows:
<br /> FIRST
<br /> I direct that my Executor, hereinafter named, shall pay all
<br /> of my just debts, earpenses of last illness, funeral expenses and
<br /> the expenses incidental to the proceedings for the administration of
<br /> my estate, as soon as can conveniently be done.
<br /> SECOND
<br /> I give and bequeath to my br�ther, Chester L. Washburn, of
<br /> Shelton, Nebraska, my 19J�9 Pontiac automobile, my carpenter tools ,
<br /> my elothing, ornaments, and other such persona3 effects.
<br /> THIRD
<br /> All of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both
<br /> real estate and personal pro pertv, whether now owned by me or
<br /> hereafter acquired, I give, devise and bequeath to my sister, Efi'ie
<br /> VanHoosen of Cashmere, Wasnin�ton, to have and to hold t he same

<br /> I make no provision whatsoever for my p.resent wife, Florenc�;
