<br /> KNOW ALL NLN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, Etta Dangler, being

<br /> a resident of, and having legal domicile in 8�az3�-�s�a��'
<br /> Hall Colxnty, Nebraska, and being of sound and disposing mind and
<br /> memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this instrument to
<br /> be m� Last Will and Test�nent.
<br /> 1. I hereby caneel, revoke and annui all prior wills
<br /> and codicils made by me at any time heretofore.
<br /> 2. I direct that the expenses of my last illness, burial
<br /> and funeral expenses be paid as soon as practicable after my deeease.
<br /> 3. I hereby appoint Blanche Batie, my daughter, and Leonard
<br /> Dangler, my son, as co-executors of this� my last. will,
<br /> and request that theg be permitted to serve as such co-executors
<br /> without bond or surety.
<br /> I�.. Subject to the provisions of Paragraph �'ive (5)
<br /> hereof, T authorize my executor or executors, whether named herein
<br /> or not, in his, her or their discretion, and without authoriza-
<br /> tion or approval of Court, to compromise, arbitrate and settle
<br /> any claims, to cons�ey, transfer, lease, rent, invest or reinvest
<br /> the whole or any part of my property or estate, upon �y terms,
<br /> and to any extent, and to execute al l or any instruments as may
<br /> be necessary, convenient or propero If an� beneficiary, at the
<br /> time he or she is entit7.ed to distribution under this will, ia
<br /> a minor, then I expressly au thorize my executor or executors, in
<br /> his� her or their sole diseretion, to distribute such share, dir-
<br /> ectly to such person, regardless of his or her age at such time,
<br /> or to a parent or a guardian of such perso n, or to any, other per-
<br /> son, firm or corporation for or on behalf of him or her.

<br /> named herein or not, shall sell all real property that I won at
<br /> the time of death, at either public or private sale, for cash,
