Hanel, oP Grand Island, Neb�aska, b eing of sound mind and disposing memor�r, do hereby make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, in words as follows: 1. I hereby appoint my dear husband, Jerr� F. Hanel, e aeeutor of �ny estate and provide that he need give no surety on his bond as such; I authorize him to pa�r all my just debts, expenses of my last illness and burial as soon after m� death as c� conveniently be done. 2. In the event my said husband survive me by four months, in that event I hereby devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder � of my estate of every nature wheresoever situated, t�o him in fee simple absolute; in the event that he fail to be lfving fb ur months after m� death, then I hereby desive and bequeath said rest, residue and remainder of every nature wheresoever situated, unto my son Earl Norman Hanel, now of Fiays, Kansas, in fee simple absolute. 3.
