<br /> That we, Vere R. May and Fern May, husband and wife,
<br /> do hereby, pursuant to an Agreement entered into b�tween
<br /> us, make, publish and declare this to be aur Joint and Mu-
<br /> tual Wil.l, and declare the same to be the Will of each of
<br /> us, hereby revoking all former wills made by each or both
<br /> of us. '

<br /> We do hereby give, devise and bequeath the entire es-
<br /> tate of the one first dying to the survivor.

<br /> We and each of us do hereby give, devise and beq_ueath
<br /> the entire estate, upon the death of the s�vivor, as fol+ '

<br /> Presbyterian CYiurch of Wood River, Nebraska, to be paid on
<br /> the death of the survivor, the sum of Two Thousand �ive

<br /> dren's Home Society of' Omaha, i�ebraska, to be paid on the
<br /> death of the survivor, the sum of 'I'wo Thousand Five Hundred

<br /> The residue remaining after the death of the surv�vor
<br /> is to be divided into two equal parts, and.
