<br /> 7. Al1 claims allowed against said estate have been fu11y
<br /> paid and satisfied and said estate is fully solvent.
<br /> 8. The Federal Estate Tax and Nebraska Inheritance Tax

<br /> 9. The cash assets of the estate, as of the date of de-
<br /> ceased �s death, were insufficient to pay the expenses of administra-
<br /> tion and the executor took possession of real property and collected
<br /> the rents theref rom; the balance due f or administration expenses
<br /> should pe deducted f rom the shares of Charles jrl. Lesh, Richard Darling
<br /> Lesh, and Darlene Caroline Lesh, in proportion to their respective
<br /> interests in this estate, and the net balance of such rental income
<br /> is to be distributed to the beneficiaries entitled thereto.
<br /> 10. By the terms of the last will and testament of the
<br /> said Ethel May Lesh, deceased, her prope rty was bequeathed and de-

<br /> of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> Lot 14, Lambert Addition to the City of Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> Lot 3, Block 6, Pleasant Hill, an Addition to
<br /> the C��y of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br /> Lot 2, B1ock 72, Original Town, now City, of Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> Al1 my interest in the real estate owned by my husband,
<br /> Charles W. Lesh, and myself, now owned and occupied
<br /> by us as joint tenants and not as tenants in common,
<br /> at 2543 No. 53rd Street, Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska,
<br /> with appurtenances thereto, and all my interest in the
<br /> furniture and household goods therein except the bedroom
<br /> set, piana and desk type electric sewing mac�hine of
<br /> my daughter, Darlene Caroline Lesh, which is hereinafter
<br /> disposed of to my said daughter, Darlene Caroline Lesh,
<br /> and except bedroomfLirniture of Richard Darling Lesh,
<br /> which is hereinaf ter disposed of to my said son,
<br /> Richard Da rling Lesh."
