<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That I, ETHEL MAY LESH,
<br /> a resident of Omaha, County of Douglas, St�te of Nebraska, being
<br /> �f full age and of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby
<br /> make, ordain and establish this to be my Last Will and Testament.
<br /> FIRST
<br /> I hereby nominate and appoint my husband, Charles W.
<br /> Lesh, to be executor of this my last will and testament, and
<br /> nominate and appoint him as guardian f or my said children during
<br /> their minority.
<br /> SECOND
<br /> I hereby direct that my executor hereinbefore named shall
<br /> pay all my just debts and all charges incident tr� my death and the
<br /> administration of my estate as soon as may be convenient.

<br /> I give, devise and bequea�h to my husband, Charles E,
<br /> Lesh, the f ollowing described real property:

<br /> the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> Lots 1 and 2, Block 49, Original Town, now City,
<br /> of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> Lot 1�, Lambert Addition to the City of Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> Lot 3, Block 6, Pleasant Hill, an Addition to
<br /> the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> LQt 2, Block 72, Original Town, now City, of Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> Al1 my interest in the real estate owned by my husband,
<br /> Charles W. Lesh, and myself, now owned and occupied
<br /> by us as joint tenants and not as tenants in common,
<br /> at 25�+3 No. 53rd Street, Omaha, Douglas County, Nebraska,
<br /> with appurtenances thereto, and all my interest in the
<br /> furniture and household goods therein except the bedroom
<br /> set, piano and desk type electric sewing machine of
<br /> my daughter, Darlene Caroline Lesh, which is hereinafter
