<br /> I, THOMAS J. 0�HARA, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, bein� of' sound mind and disposing memory, do make,
<br /> publish, and declare this my Last Will and Testament.
<br /> I.
<br /> I direct that all my just debts, funeral e.x�aenses,
<br /> and expenses of my last illness, if any, be first pai d by my
<br /> executor hereinafter named.
<br /> II.
<br /> I have not heard from my son, Bryan F. O�Hara, for a
<br /> number of years, and in the event �that my son is not heard from
<br /> or does not appear for his share of my estate within seven years
<br /> after the date of this Wil1, then I direct that all of my estate
<br /> sha11 be turned over to and delivered to the Blessed Sacrament
<br /> Church of Grand Island, Nebraska. In the event that my son,
<br /> Bryan F. O�Hara should be heard f'rom or should appear and make
<br /> claim for any part of my estate withi.n s even years .from the date
<br /> of this Will, I direct that the income from my estate shall be
<br /> paid to my said son during his lifetime and I direct that during
<br /> � said time my estate shall be held in trust by Louis F. Rombach
<br /> � of Grand Island, Nebraska, and for that purpose I appoint the
<br /> said Louis F. Rombach as trustee of my Will and Est�.te after he
<br /> � has completed his duties as exec utor t hereof,
<br /> .

<br /> III.
<br /> �
<br /> � In the event that said property is held in trus� for
<br /> F+ my son, I direct that the proceeds thereof sh all be paid to him
<br /> once every six monthso
<br /> IV.
<br /> I direct that my said trustee shall pay the taxes on
<br /> my property, pay tlze inaurance premiums thereon and keep the
<br /> same in a reasonable state of repair. Out o£ �.e proceeds there-
<br /> from, and after said expenses are deducted, the remainin� income,
<br /> if my son has not returned, shall be added to the principal which
<br /> shall accumulate until seven years after,�he date of this Will,
<br /> to-wit: November 21, 1951.
<br /> V.
<br /> I name, nominate, and appoint my friend, Louis F.
<br /> Rombach, as executor of this m� Last Will and Testament, an d
<br /> when he has completed his duties as ex�cutor that he then trans-
<br /> Per my property to himself as trustee of my estate under the
<br /> terms and conditions above set fbrth.
<br /> VI.
<br /> In the event that my executor hereinafter named should
<br /> be furnished proof that my son, Bryan F. O�Hara, is deceased,
<br /> then I direct that said trust be terminated and all proceeds of
<br /> my estate be paid to the Blessed Sacrament Church of Grand Isl�nd,
<br /> Nebraska, by my trustee and, in the event that my son should re-
<br /> turn before seven years f rom the date of this Will, he shall
<br /> receive the income during his lifetime and, on his death, all
<br /> trust funds shall be paid over to the Blessed Sacrament Church
<br /> of Grand Islan d, Nebraska.
