<br /> I nominate and appoint my beloved wife, Leona E. Hemenway, to be
<br /> the executrix of this my last will and testament and to serve without
<br /> bond, with full power to sell my real estate, execute deeds and do
<br /> any and a11 other things necessary to be done ta contTert my real estate
<br /> into money for the purpose of paying debts, ex�enses of administration,
<br /> or for any other purpose of preservin� my estate, should tY�e value e�'
<br /> my personal property not be suff icient to pay such obligations in full.
<br /> Ir. the event my beloved wife, Leona E. Hemenway, predeceases me or is
<br /> unable or refuses ta serve as executrix, I then nominate and appoir�t
<br /> my son, Calvin Ga Hemenway, of Lincoln, Nebraska, to r,e the contingent
<br /> executor of this my last will an d testament.
<br /> ITEM II.
<br /> All real estate bonds, bank accounts, savings accounts, buildin�
<br /> and loan accounts, and al 1 other similar property, which I own at the
<br /> time of my death in the name of myself and any other person and which
<br /> are payable on my death to such other person sh all be the sole proper�y
<br /> of such other person,
<br /> ITEM III.
<br /> I give and bequeath to my beloved wife, Leona E. riemenway, if
<br /> she survives me, all my fu rniture, furnishings, books, silver, lir.en,
<br /> china, glassware, jewelry, wearing apparel, automobiles, an d all my
<br /> other household and persona,l �oods and effects. If my wife shall not
<br /> survive me, I give and bequeath all my tangible personal property to
