bAST WILL AND TESTAMENT <br /> OF <br /> . CARQLINE W. HARDING <br /> I, Caroline W. Harding of Doniphan, Hall County, Nebraska, do <br /> herewith make, publish and declare this to be my La�t Will and Testa- <br /> ment in manner and. form as follows: <br /> FIRST <br /> I direct my Executor hereinafter named to�y all of my just debts, <br /> expenses of last illness and funeral expenses out of my estate as <br /> soon as can conveniently be done. <br /> SECOND <br /> I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate remaining, including <br /> - real estate and personal property, whether now owned by me or hereafter <br /> acquired or wheresoever situated, to my sons Charlie William Harding, <br /> Raymond Harding and Wilber Harding, in equal shares to have and to <br /> hold the same forever. <br /> TH I RD <br /> In the event any of my said three children precede me in death <br /> leaving their own issue surviving them the share which such deceased <br /> son would have received if living shall not lapse, but shall pass and <br /> descend to such issue by right of representation. <br /> FOURTH <br /> I name, nominate and appoint my son Wilber Harding of Donipnan, <br /> Hall County, Nebraska, to be the executor of this my Last Will and <br /> Testament, further requesting he be not required to furnish surety on <br /> his official bond as such. <br /> FIFTH <br /> I hereby revoke any and all former Wills by rr� made. <br /> IN TESTIMOI�'Y WHEREOF, I hereunto affixed my signature and executed <br /> the foregoing as my Last Will and Testament this �th day of December, <br /> 1950. <br /> /s� Caroline W.
