<br /> I give, devise and bequeath -to my husband, W. L. Kelly, and to his
<br /> heirs and assigns forever all of my estate, both real estate and personal
<br /> property, whether now owned by me or hereinafter ac'quired, to have and

<br /> survive me or if his death should occur within three months after my
<br /> death as the result of a common accident, then and in that event, I
<br /> give, devise and bequeath all of my said estate to my daughter, Virginia,
<br /> and to her heirs and assigns forever.

<br /> I name, nominate and appoint my husband, tfd, L. Kelly, to be the
<br /> executor of this, my Last Tr�ill and Testament, further requesting that
<br /> he be not required to furnish surety on his official bond as such.
