<br />'� I direct my Execu.trix, hereinafter named, to pay a].1 of my �ust
<br /> debts, including the expenses of my last siekness and burial, as soon as
<br /> convenient ai'ter my death.
<br /> 2.
<br /> I further direct that I be buried in the family burial plot at
<br /> Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> 3.
<br /> I hereby direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, to dispose of
<br /> all of my propert�, both real, personal, and mixed, of whatsoever kind
<br /> and wheresoever situated, and authorize her to sign all deeds and papers
<br /> neeessary for the transt'er of the property.
<br /> 4.
<br /> After the payments made as set f orth in Para�raph 1. of this
<br /> Wi11, I direct my Executrix, hereinaPter named, to divide all of the
<br /> proceeds equally among my brothers and sisters, as follows; Bessie
<br /> Wright, Leo Kennell, Berneiee Mason, Cli1'ford �ennell, Helen Harp and
<br /> Leslie Kennell.
<br /> 5.
<br /> I further direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, to hold in
<br /> trust, the share that I have bequeathe d to mg b rother, Leslie Kennell,
<br /> and to use his share for the necessaries of life, the necessaries of
<br /> liS'e being clothing, f'ood, shelter, and medical necessities. In the
<br /> event my brother, Leslie, should pass away be�'ore all oi' h3.s share
<br /> has been expended, then it is my will th at any balance remainir� shall
<br /> be divided equally aznong my brothers and sisters then living.

<br /> In case of the death of any of my brothers and sisters before
<br /> msT death, the share of each brother and sister shall be divided equally
<br /> amon�; my remaining brothers and sisters. In no instance s�all any part
<br /> of my estate be divided among the children o�' any of my deceased bro-
