<br /> Hazardous Suhs�ances. The words "Hazardous Substances" mean materials tha�, laecause ❑f their quantity,
<br /> concentration or physical, �hemical or in�ect�ous �haracfieris�i�s, may cause or pose a present vr pv�ential hazard
<br /> �❑ human health ❑r the en�ironment when impraper�y used, treated, s�ored, disposed ❑f, genera�ed, manufactured,
<br /> �ransported ❑r afiherwise handled. The words "Hazardous Substances" are used in th�ir �ery broadest sens� and
<br /> include withou�k limi�ation any and al! hazardaus ar taxic suhs�ances, ma�erials �r waste as defined by �r listed

<br /> Imprvvemenfs. The word "�mprovemen�s" means all existing and future impra�ements, buildings, structures,
<br /> mobile h�m�s affixed on the Real Prope�ty, facilities, additions, replacements and other constru�tion on fihe Real
<br /> Prvper�y.
<br /> Indebtedness. The word "�ndebtedness" means aI� prin�ipal, interest, and �ther amounts, c�sfis and expenses
<br /> payable under the Note or Rela�ed ❑ocuments, �oge�her wi�h al� renewals ❑f, ex�ensians o�, madificatians ❑f,
<br /> consolidations af and subs�itut�vns for the No�e vr Refated Documents and any amounts expended �r ad�an�ed by

<br /> pro�isivn, tagefiher with all interest thereon and all amaun�s that may be indirectly secured hy the

<br /> Persona[ Property. The words "Persvnal P�aperty" mean all equipment, fixtures, and o�her articles �f personal
<br /> praperty now or hereafter ❑wned hy Trustor, and now ❑r he�eafter at�ached ❑r at�ixed to the Real Property;
<br /> together with all ac�essions, parts, and additions to, all replacements o�, and all substitutivns �ar, any of such
<br /> p�operty; and together with all praceeds �including withau� limitativn all insurance proceeds and refunds of
<br /> premiums} fr�m any sale ar vther disposition af the Pr�per�y.
<br /> Property. The wvrd "Praperty" means colle�ti�ely the Real Prvperty and the Personal Property.
