<br />WHEREAS, the within -named Grantor is the Successor Trustee under the terms of a
<br />certain Deed of Trust dated May 28, 2009, and filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, on June 2, 2009, as Instrument No. 200904298, and thereafter assigned
<br />by those Assignments filed of record on June 2, 2009, as Instrument No. 200904299; on
<br />February 15, 2011, as Instrument No. 201101287; and on August 2, 2011, as Instrument
<br />No. 201105737, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein NEW
<br />PARADIGM REALTY, INC., a California corporation, was identified as the "Trustor ";
<br />WHEREAS, said Successor Trustee has, upon default of the Trustor of the obligations
<br />contained in such Deed of Trust, caused Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given,
<br />and published as required by Chapter 76, Article 10, of the Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the date
<br />and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within -named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Successor Trustee under a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated May 28, 2009, and filed of record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on June 2, 2009, as Instrument No. 200904298, and thereafter assigned by those
<br />Assignments filed of record on June 2, 2009, as Instrument No. 200904299; on February 15, 2011,
<br />as Instrument No. 201101287; and on August 2, 2011, as Instrument No. 201105737, in the office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; herein called the Grantor, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($750,000.00) as
<br />credit against the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust, received from Grantee as holder of
<br />the beneficial interest in such Deed of Trust, do hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and
<br />confirm unto MFC NEW PARADIGM LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, herein called
<br />the Grantee, the following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
