<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated January 23, 2012 and executed by Lori L. Sextro, Trustee of
<br />the Lori L. Sextro Revocable Living Trust under the Trust Agreement dated April 2, 2008, as
<br />amended, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the Hall County Register of Deed's Office, in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on January 30, 2012, as Instrument No. 0201200744, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Three (3), Block One (1), Ponderosa Lake Estates Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 11th day of July, 2014.
