<br /> Report of He1.�n Juue Ditter, Executrix of the Eatate of David Ditter, De-
<br /> ceased, and was co�tinued until Sept�mbcr 15th , 1965.

<br /> upon the Fi�tal Report of Selen June Ditter, Executrix of the Estate of
<br /> David Di�t�r, deeeased, and upon the Petition af said Helen June Ditter,
<br /> Executrix, fcrr the allvwance and approval o€ her Final Report, settlement
<br /> of satd estste, 'end hex disebarge herein.
<br /> The Court further finds thet David Ditter, departed this life on
<br /> the 28th day of July, 1964, �t Lincoln, Piebraska, and that at the time
<br /> of his dea�h, h� was a resident and inhabitant of Grand Island, Hall
<br /> Co�nty, Nebra�ka. Zhat ti�� said pavid Dittez, died testate, and that s
<br /> - Petitioa far the probate of the Las� Will and Testament and Codicil of the
<br /> deceeaed, was filed on the 3rd day of August, 19&4, asking that said Wi11
<br /> and Eodicil be a�mitted to probate and Letters Testementary be granted
<br /> to Helen June Ditter, upon the gaods, chattela, rights and credits of the
<br /> �aid David Ditter, deceased, and upon a hearing held upon eaid Petition,
<br /> after notice wes duly given to all pereons intereated in said estate,
<br /> this eatate was admitted to probate an the 28th day of August, 1964, and
<br /> Letters �estsmentery were duly issued by this Court to Helen June Ditter,
<br /> ,_ on th� estate of '.David Ditter, deceased.
<br /> The Court further finds th�t due and legal notice hss been given to
<br /> all persons of the time and plece fixed by the Court for� the filing of
<br /> clsims against e�id estete of said dece�sed, �nd that the time so fixed
<br /> has� fully expired, and all persons having clsims against said e�tate not
<br /> filed within the ti�e limited by the Court, are forever barred and excluded
<br />� from setting up or sss�:�tti�g s�y such claim againat said estatea '
<br /> The Court €urther find� th�t the said Executrix, Helen June Ditter,
<br /> took posse�sion o� the perso�l pr�perty belonging to said estate as by
<br /> Will provided, and has p�id all debte �nd cl�ims ailowed, the doc�or, hos-
<br /> pitsl, funeral expensea, the costs and expens�s of th� administration of
<br /> the est�ate, ha� wa�.�ed her aliaw�nce of feeg es Executrix herein, and u�ake�
<br /> no claim egainst t3�e estat+� for any of these charges.
