<br /> 77-2C118.4'2 (5) of the R�vised Statutes �f Nebraska� 1�43, as
<br /> umended in 1959, and that the Gourt may f�rthwith deterrnine �
<br /> any �Vebraska inheritance tax due or o�,ai,ng herein.
<br /> The Caurt fuxther finds that said deceased died kugust
<br /> I, 1�b5, and that he was a resident cf Grand Isldnd,I�all i,ounty,
<br /> Nebraska at the time of his death. That no procee�ings for
<br /> administratian of his estat� or pro�ate of a '�dill has been
<br /> ccmmenced. That said dece�sed left him surviving as his sole
<br /> and cnly heirs-at-lav� the fcllawing perscns : ,Tosepha.ne Hays,
<br /> widow, John Hays, brother, James Hays, brcthsr, �ndreuv Hays,
<br /> hrather, iti4ary Nays, si5ter, Lulu Flackman, sister, Iterna
<br /> Cu1lisGn, sister, an� �uth H�ndershott, sister,. That Benjamin
<br /> H. :�ays was also known as and was one and the same person as
<br /> Benjamin H. Hayes. That Josephine Hays is the only person
<br /> havina an interest in these proceedings, and that the cnly pre-
<br /> perty �ubj�ct tc con��deration for dete�minatien of IVebraska
<br /> inheritance tax in these prc�ceedings is ths f�IlGwinG : The
<br /> LaSterly Forty-Eight 'reet (L4�3� ) of Lot Ten (10) , in �l�ck
<br /> Eighty-Seven (�37) � in 6�h�eler and Bennetts rourth Additio�
<br /> to the City of �rand Isl�nd, ;lebraska, and that said �remises
<br /> had a fair market v�lue as of �he death of said deceased of
<br /> $7,504.00. That there was a mortgage indebtedness against
<br /> sa�d premises in the amaunt of abaut $4,700.Q� on August 1,
<br /> 1Rb�, and that the same v�as a�rn�d in �oint t�nancy by sa3.d
