<br /> deceased, for determination of Inheritance Tax herein; that Richard DeBacker, duly
<br /> elected County Attorney of Hall County, Nebraska for and in behalf of the said Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska; that Harold E. Connors, duly elected County Attorney of Greeley
<br /> County, Nebraska for and in behalf of the said Greeley County, Nebraska; that
<br /> John W. Newman, duly e!ected County Attorney of Hamilton County, Nebraska, for
<br /> and in behalf of the said Hamilton County, Nebraska; has herein filed their voluntary
<br /> appearances and waivers. Evidence was heard and the Court being duly advised in the
<br /> premises, finds and determines as follows:
