<br /> the City of Grand Island, nTebraaka, to�ether with the house and
<br /> improvements located on said premises.
<br /> THIRD; It is my desire that my son, Ray E. Scott, have certain
<br /> articles of furniture which I may possess, and direct that he mav
<br /> sele et any aix (o) articlea of Purniture wmich I may own at the
<br /> time :?f my death.
<br /> FOURTH; All of the rest, residne and remainder oP my property,
<br /> o w tever kind and nature, and wherever eituated at the time
<br /> ot my death, I give, deviae and bequeath to mp daughters, Pauline E.
<br /> Horner and Hasel M. Alter, share and ahare alike.
<br /> FIFTH: In the event that any of my children should precede me
<br /> in death, leaving iasue, I direct that his or her share shall not
<br /> lapse but sha11 be paid to the surviving child or children in
<br /> equal ahares.
<br /> 3IXTH; I hereby name, nominate and appoint B. J. Cunningham of
<br /> Granc�Island, Nebraska, as executor of thia mq last will and
