<br /> and declare this to be my Last Will and �estamettt, in mann�r and

<br /> I direct that my Executrix or Executor, as the case may be,
<br /> hereinafter named, shall pay all of my �ust debts, expenses of last
<br /> illness, funeral expenses and the expenses of the administration of
<br /> my estate as soon as can conveniently be done.
<br /> SECOND
<br /> If my wife, Ethel M. Sutton, survives me, then I give, devise
<br /> and bequeath to my wife, Ethel M. Sutton, all of the rest, residue
<br /> and remainder of my estate, both real estate and personal property,
<br /> whether now owned by me or hereafter acquired and wheresoever
<br /> situated, to be hers absolutelq, to have and to hold the same
<br /> forever.

<br /> If my vrife, Ethel M. Sutton, does not survive me, then I
<br /> give, deviss and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of
<br /> ny estate, both real estate and personal property, xhether nox
<br /> owned by me or hereafter acquired, and whex�oever situated� to my
<br /> children, share and share alike, to have arri to hold the same
<br /> forever.

<br /> I name, nominate and appoint my xife, Ethel M. Suttoz�� to oe
<br /> the Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament, further
<br /> requesting that she be not required to furnish surety on her offi
<br /> bond as such, and further granting to her flill right, license, �.nd
<br /> authority to sell and dispose of my personal property and real
<br /> eatate, at either public sale or private sale, when deemed neces+sar
<br /> by her, without first securing license from any Court authArizir:,a
<br /> her to do so. If my wife, Ethel M. Sutton, does not surni�e met
<br /> or should resign, fail to qualify or ceaae to act as such �xecutx�ix
<br /> then I name, nominate and appoint my son, Ronald Sutton, o.f Grars�
<br /> Island, Nebraska, to be the Executor of this, mp Last Wi11 and
<br /> Testament, flirther giving to such Executor all the rights, poxer�
<br /> and authorities I have hereinbefore given to my first namad

<br /> ?racy & Huebner, of Grand Is�and, Nebraska, I hereby waiv� al�
<br /> provisions of the laws of Nebraska pertaining to privile��d
<br /> communications betw�een attornep and client. I expressly s�nthorL�e
<br /> each of the members of that law firm to testify as to amy
<br /> communications had with them regarding the provisions of tfiis
<br /> instrument xherever necessary to properly administer my estate,
