Rauert, has passed away since the <br /> execution of my Will so that the provisions made for her naw lapse <br /> and by reason thereof my six children named in the FIFTH paragraph <br /> of said Vdill receive the residue of my estate in equal shares and <br /> t�ill now receive a greater share of my estate by reason of her <br /> d�:.�ath, to equalize the share that each of my seven children, <br /> inclt�ding Elmer C. Rauert, are to receive from my estate I now <br /> �rcvide that he shall receive a credit of Three Thousand Dollars <br /> (��3,000.00) on the note of Ten Thousand Dollars (�10,00U.00) <br /> refer.red to in the SEV�NTH Paragraph of my Will and the conveyance <br /> of cer�ain real estate to him during my lifetime shall be subject <br /> to aaZ=ment by him of the balance of Seven Thousand Dollars (�7,000.00) . <br /> SECOND <br /> In the ELEVENTH Paraoraph of my Will I appointed my wife, <br /> Elsie i'"!. Rauert, as Co-Executor with my son, Ralph Rauert. I <br /> notiv provide tnat Ralph P�auert only shall be the Executor of this <br /> [�,iill and Codicil, that ne be not required to furnish surety on <br /> nis official bond as such, and that if he does not surive me or <br /> qualif_y as Executor and it beomes necessary to appoint some other <br /> person the persoiz so appointed shall have the same power and right <br /> to conve-rt the residue of my estate �nto cash as my naraed Fxecutor <br /> to carry out the provisions of the FIrTH Paragraph of my T,�dill. <br /> THIRD <br /> Having conierred in detail regarding the provisions of my <br /> iJi11 wi_th h. J.
