<br /> or question the validity of this, my Last Will and Testament, then
<br /> and in that case, and in each of such cases, I do hereby revoke all
<br /> provisions in this, my Last Will and Testament, in favor of the
<br /> person contesting or seeking to void, annul or to question the
<br /> validity of this, my Last Will and Testament, and I hereby �ive,
<br /> devise and bequeath to such other of the beneficiaries nar!ed in such
<br /> Faragraph "FIFTH" who do not cantest tr�e probate of this v7i11, tre
<br /> share of such child, or children, as shall contest the probate c�

<br /> I hereby name, nominate and appoint my wiie, Elsie P�i. Rauert,
