<br /> all former wills by us, and each of us, made, that is to say:

<br /> We, and each of us, hereby direct that our executor or execut�i #

<br /> may be, hereinafter named, shall pay all of our just debts, includiriq t11bs� df OU�
<br /> last sickness and burial, so soon as is reasonable convenient after our demisey t�1�

<br /> We, and each of us, in the event of the death of either, hereby give, devise
<br /> and bequeath, each to the other, in fee simple title absolute all �f our propef�t�7y
<br /> both real and personal, of whatever nature and wherever situated, that we may no�3
<br /> own or hereafter acquire, to be his or hers, as the casc may be.
<br /> III.
<br /> In the event '•_hat we both shall pass on, at or about the same time as th�
<br /> result of a corTenon accident or disaster or any cther cause, then and in that evetl�
<br /> we hereby give, devise and bequeath all of our property in fee simple title, '�ach a
<br /> one fifth interest to our beloved children, Agnes Lockhorn, Clara Mathiesen, Josp��
<br /> Lockhorn, Henry Lockhorn, and the sAare that our beloved daughter, MarySkibinski, wduld
<br /> have inherited if she had lived, shall be equally divided among her children,. Hilleret
<br /> Brown, C;onstance Skibinski and Steven Skibinski.
<br /> IV.
<br /> We, and each of us, hereby nominate and appoint the survivor of either of tas
<br /> executor ur exee,�trix, as the case may be, uf this our Last Joint Wili and Testamet�t
<br /> and further request that neither be required to furnish bond. In the event the su��
<br /> vivor is unable to serve as executrix or execu!or, or in the event that there is 1Stl
<br /> survivor, we, and each of us, hereby nominate and appoint our beloved daughter, At�ntrs
<br /> Lockhorn and our beloved son, Henry Lockhcrn, joint executors of this our Last Wi11
