<br /> . I appoint my beloved wife, Fern C. Bell, of Grand Island� Nebraska,
<br /> executrix of this Y�►ill, and direct that no bond or security of any ki.nd sha11 be
<br /> required of her, as such executrix.
<br /> In the event that �,r belwed wife, Fern C. Bell� shall fail ta qualify
<br /> and act as such executrix, or if she should die, resign or be removed, then the
<br /> court having �urisdiction of my estate shall appoint a successor as administratc��°
<br /> xith will annexed, and the administrator xith ui.11 annexed so appointed by said
<br /> caurt shall be vested with the same powers and rights and shall be sub�ect td th�
<br /> same limitations as the executrix naa�ed herein, and shall give bond as requirecl
<br /> by 1aw. .

<br /> I direct that all my �ust and legal debts, f'uneral and teatamentary �
<br /> expenses, shall be paid as soon after my death as can be conveniently done. 4
