<br /> � (a) My Trustees ahall liquidate any business in which I
<br /> j may bave been engaged at the ti.me of my death and which business
<br /> + has been developed through the personal efforts of myself and
<br /> � my wife, Avis, and by reason thereof cannot be operated as efP�ctiv�ly
<br /> i and successfully by persons not experienced in the actual manage�
<br /> ment of such business. The proceeds from such liquidation and
<br /> � any other property held by me shall be invested by my Trustee� ;
<br /> in investments approved by the trust lpws of the State of Ne#�r�skA�
<br /> except that any other investmenta I may have need not be liquid�tted �
<br /> if, in the opinion of my Trustees, the same continue to be
<br /> proper investments even though they do not comply with the lawsi
<br /> of the State of Nebraska pertaining to investment of trust funds.�
<br /> iWith respect to such trust fund hereby established, my Trusteea
<br /> � shall apply so much of the net income therefrom, and if this be
<br /> � not sufficient tben out oP the principal thereof, to the support,
<br /> i e�ucation and maintenance of Jon Thomsen, Whom we are adopting
<br /> I as our son for whom esid trust fund is being set up, as the 'Tr+us�te��
<br /> � shall see fit. And, the Trustees ahall accumulate, invest gnd
<br /> , re-invest the balance of the income until such child shall attsin �
<br /> ' the age of tventy-five years, at which tine, one-half of the .
<br /> entire principsl and accumulstion of the trust fund shall be
<br /> paid over to such child, and the remaining one-hslf shall
<br /> accumulate and the income invested arid re-invested until he
<br /> shall attain the age of th�rty years, at which time, the remain-
<br /> ing principal and accumulation of the trust fund shall be paid
<br /> over to him. If he shall die before attaining the age of thirtr
<br /> i years, the principal remaining itt the truat fund and accumulatior�
<br /> shall be paid over and distributed to his children living st hie�
<br /> death in equal sh ares; and if there be no auch children ther�
<br /> � living, then one-half thereof shall be psid over to th� pergong
<br /> ; who' would be entitled to inherit the ssme as my heirs at law and
<br /> i the other one-half to the persons who Would be entitled tb ihheri�
<br /> i the aame as the heirs at lsw of my wife, Avis, in accordancd,
<br /> with the laws of the 3tate of Nebraska then in force, as i�' �
<br /> had then died intestate a resident of the State of Nebraska g,nd
<br /> owning such property. If my son, Jon, shall have attained etither �
<br /> of the respective ages at the time when portions of the trust ;
<br /> I fund are direated to be set sside for him, my Trustees sha11 ay ;
<br /> I over to him such parts of sueh trust fund as are directed td �e j
<br /> 1 paid to him upon attaining such respective age.
<br /> i (b) If any por,tion of the trust ahall be p ayable to a
<br /> benePicisry who is less than twenty-one ysars of age, in t��
<br /> event of the death of my son, Joh, befor.e the trust termiha'�es�,
<br /> such portion ahall immediately vest in such beneficiary �u�
<br /> distribution shall be postponed by the Trustees until sua�
<br /> beneficiary attains the age of tWenty-one year$ and in t�e 1ne�tf-
<br /> time, the Truatees shall pay such part of the income off ei�b�i
