<br /> anci bequeath to my wife, Augusta L. F. Kunze, all of the rest, resi-

<br /> In the event my wife precedes me in death, then I give,
<br /> devise and bequeath to my son, Frank August Kunze, the Southeast
<br /> �?uarter of the Southwest C`uarter (S��.SW4) of Section Thirteen (13) ,
<br /> ToU,rnshi� Twelve (12) , North, Range Nine (9} , West of the 6th P`.T�T, ,
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, and further provide that all of the rest, r�si-
<br /> cue and remainder of my estate exclusive of the foregoing real estate
<br /> s�ecifically bequeathed to my son shall pass and descend, share and
<br /> snare alike to m� son, Frank August Kunze and my ctaughter, Hilda Luth,
