<br /> 11 is Carolina A. Hanfalt and that she has entered her Voluntary Appearance herein
<br /> 12 and the Coust having previausly entesed an order permitting the fi"ling of said
<br /> 13 �'+�nded Inventory, Asnended Final Report and Amended Final Decree, said Final
<br /> 14 �cree is hereby amended as followss
<br /> 15 � �he lst day of idovember, 1963, this cause ca�ae on for hearing upon
<br /> 16 the Final Report of Carolina A. Hanfelt, Executrix of the Last '�fll arid Testa�
<br /> 17 ment of Harry G. Hanfelt, Deoassed, and upon her petition for settlement of
<br /> lg said estate, deter�ination af Heirship, diatributian of said estate, and other
<br /> 19 �atters pertaining thereto snd for her discharge therein. The Gourt being
<br /> 20 fully advised in the premis�s and having examined the records and files, �inds
<br /> 21 that due and legal notice has been given to all persons interssted ir� safd
<br /> 22 e�tat�� of the tim� a�d place fixed far hearing upon said E�eport as heretofore
<br /> 23 ordered by the Court.
<br /> 24 And no one appearing to ob�act to said Report and the Court having
<br /> 25 exa�nined same together wfth vouchers on file and testi�ny o#fered in support
<br /> 26 thereof and being duly advised in the premises finds tttat said Report is true
<br /> 27 and correct in all things and th�t the same shfluld bs allowed and approved ag '

<br /> 29 T'he Cc�urt fincis that on tha 2nd day of �uly, 1961, the said Harry G,
<br /> 30 Hanfelt daparted this life testate, and at the ti�ae of his d�ath was a resident
<br /> 31 and inhabitant of Hall County, t�iebr�ska.
