<br /> posing memory, but not �unmindful of the uncertainties of��
<br /> human life, do hereby make, publish and declare this my Last
<br /> Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me
<br /> made:
<br /> I.
<br /> I hereby bequeath my Wurlitzer piano to my beloved
<br /> granddaughter, Sharon Bohnart, of Gr3nd Island, Nebraska
<br /> II .
<br /> I hereby bequeath to ms,� grandson, William Gideon, of
<br /> Prosser, Nebraska, my silverware.
<br /> III.
<br /> The rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, of any
<br /> and all natures whatsoever, and wheresoever situated, I do
<br /> hereby give and bequeath to my beloved grandchildren, Sharon
<br /> Bohnart and William Gideon, to be theirs absolutely, share
<br /> and share alike.
<br /> IV.
<br /> I do hereby nominate, constitute, and appoint Donald ,
<br /> Underwood, of Doniphan, Nebraska, to be the Executor of
<br /> this my Last Will and Testament, and do hereby grant unto
<br /> him full power and authority to sell or otherwise dispose
<br /> of, mortgage or otherwise lien, any of the real or perso�al
<br /> property of which I may die possessed, without the order of
<br /> any court whatsoever.
