<br /> I give and bequeath to Judith Ann Watson, Mary Lou 1�atson
<br /> and Katherine Marie Watson, chi ldren of my niece, /�nna l44arie
<br /> Watson, of Kansas City, Missouri, all of my dishes and silver-
<br /> ware, the same to be divided among them as they shall agree.

<br /> I givz, devise and bequeath to my brother, James P. Finan,
<br /> for and during his lifetime, the use of my home in Wood xiver,
<br /> Nebraska, being described as Lot Six (6) , �lock "E", MacColl and
<br /> Leflang' s Second Addition to the Town of Wood River, Hall �ounty,
<br /> Nebraska, together with the use of so much of the furniture, fix-
<br /> tures and equipment located therein as he shall desire, this� how�
<br /> ever, excepting the dishes heretofore bequeathed in paragraph
<br /> "Second" hereof.
<br /> FOURTH
<br /> Sub�ject to the right of my brother, James P. Finan, to the
<br /> use of the hausehold goods, furniture, fixtures and equipment
<br /> for and during his lifetime � I give, devise and bequeath such
<br /> items of household goods� furniture, fixtures and equipment to
<br /> Judith Ann watson� Mary Lo� 'alatson and Katherine Marie Watson,
<br /> children of my niece, Anna Marie Watson.

<br /> Upon the death of my brother, James P, �'inar., I direct that
<br /> my executor shall sell and convert into cash my residence pro-
<br /> perty, being Lot Six (6) , Black "E", MacColl and Leflang' s Second
<br /> Addition to the Town of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br /> after paying the expenses incident to such sale to pay and de-
<br /> liver the remainder of the proceeds thereof to Judith �nn �atsr��►s
