<br /> Jame� �. P.:ichelson left him surviving as his �ale heirs-at-law, hi5
<br /> widaw, Imcgsne i�ichelson� and on� child �tary Alic� ��icheleon Henderson,
<br /> his daughter.

<br /> The Court further finds that on the 14th day of Gctob�z, 196�,
<br /> dn order of this court was made allowing creditors until the 16th
<br /> day of February, I965 within which ta file claims, and allo�ving said
<br /> executrix one year within whicl�, to settle said estate and furth�r erder-
<br /> ing that notice to creditors be published as by law r�qu�red, and that
<br /> a hearing on claims filed against said e�tate would be h�ld at the
<br /> cffice of the Ceunty Judg�e of Hall County, NebraSka, on r�bruary 17,
<br /> 1�65 at 9:00 o'clock a.m. � and it appears by proof on fil� that such
<br /> nctice was published as ordered by this court.
